Experience this high quality milk chocolate Peruvian single origin chocolate block created from the Peruvian Nacional, the rarest cacao bean in the world! Thought to be extinct, the Peruvian Nacional was rediscovered in Peru in 2007, and is a direct descendant of the original mother cacao tree. This block contains 40% white cacao beans, making the chocolate less bitter when roasted.
The Milk block has no palm oils or trans-fats, and no preservatives added. It is also refined on original 1879 stone conch rollers.
