What is included in a chocolate hamper?

Our hampers include some of our best sellers including rocky road, chocolate covered raspberries, licorice bullets and crispy crunchy honeycomb. More luxurious hampers include cocoa dusted truffles, chocolate coated coffee beans and decadent dark chocolate. All hampers come beautifully gift wrapped with complimentary gift cards.

Can I add a card to my chocolate hamper order?

Yes, and it’s FREE. All hampers come with a complimentary gift card. During seasonal campaigns, we offer FREE seasonal gift cards. We can also send hampers to multiple locations across Australia, and each hamper receives its own card.

Are chocolate hampers shipped with hot weather protection?

Hot weather protection is available. We have developed a hot weather protection pack available to purchase for $10. This consists of an ice block wrapped inside a protective silver foil lined thermal bag and bubble wrap. This pack has been tested to keep chocolates cool during transit for approx. 5 days.

How long does it take for a chocolate hamper to arrive after ordering?

We dispatch Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Port Melbourne, Victoria, and all orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.

The Chocolate Box sends standard delivery orders by Australia Post Parcel Post.
We offer same day delivery in the Melbourne metro area for a flat rate of $20 if order is placed before 10am.
