Pink Ruby chocolate, sometimes called the fourth chocolate or pink chocolate, is a  unique fresh, flavour. We've paired it with a sweet raspberry jelly centre, that compliments the tangy bite of the chocolate.
Ruby chocolate's natural fruity notes taste a little like berry, but the rosy colour and fruity flavour comes from the Ruby bean during creation. Ruby chocolate was developed by Callebaut in 2018.

Ruby (Callebaut) Couverture Chocolate 50% {sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring, glazing agents (904), gum acacia (E414). Contains cocoa solids 48.8%, milk solids 27.9%}. Raspberry Jellies 50% (glucose syrup (wheat or corn), sugar, thickener (1422 from wheat), gelatine (from beef), food acid (330), colour (163), flavour, glazing agent (vegetable oil, 903). ALLERGENS: Contains milk, gluten and soy. May contain traces of nuts, tree nuts & sulphites. Made in Australia from imported and local ingredients. Made from Belgian Callebaut ruby chocolate.
