To achieve a subtle, yet salty tang to our sea salt chocolate, delectably dark chocolate is lightly salted with Maldon sea salt for that extra bite. The salt intensifies the depth of the dark chocolate, and can often offset the bitterness some consumers experience with cocoa, enhancing more wholesome, fruity flavours.
