Your purchase and use of a gift card or voucher constitutes acceptance of The Chocolate Box’s terms and conditions.
PURCHASES
The value on the gift voucher can be used to purchase goods and services from The Chocolate Box at our online store only, excluding other gift cards or gift vouchers / e-vouchers.
The customer can choose a card value from the choices provided under the gift voucher product description.
The initial balance of the gift voucher is activated at purchase. We cannot add to, reload, or transfer, amounts on your gift voucher after it has been activated.
CORPORATE & CUSTOM

SHIPPING
Shipping fees will be deducted from your gift voucher once you choose a shipping method during the checkout process, unless your voucher is used in conjunction with some form of free shipping offer or discount, or store pick-up.
EXPIRY
The Chocolate Box’s gift vouchers expire 1 year after issue.
To get full value of the gift voucher, we recommend you use up all balances prior to the expiry date.
REDEMPTION
Use the gift voucher code in the "discount" code field at checkout to apply the voucher to your order. If you do not use the entire amount in one order, the remaining value will be stored for your next use, within the expiry date.
If you wish to make a purchase that exceeds your gift voucher's value, you will be required to pay the excess by another method.
The Chocolate Box gift vouchers can be redeemed at our online store only.
They cannot be redeemed at our physical store locations. However, if our trial "Store Pickup" is enabled on the shopping cart page, you may choose to pick up your order at one of our Store locations.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed from our resellers, or retail channels other than The Chocolate Box online.
LOST OR STOLEN VOUCHER DISCOUNTS
The Chocolate Box will not replace gift voucher amounts if the codes are stolen or insecurely stored. But we can reissue the original email to the same email address from which it is ordered, if you have misplaced your email.
CARD BALANCE
To find out your card balance, return to the email linking to your gift voucher, and refresh the screen of your gift voucher. Providing you have already used part of your voucher, a pop-up will appear in the top right corner giving you the current balance of your voucher. It will also show you the date of expiration.
You may also email enquiries@chocolatebox.com.au if you know the full name of the person who bought the voucher, and have the last 4 digits. Telephone +61 3 9676 6401 with your voucher code ready, and we can look up your balance for you.
CORPORATE CARDS
Corporate cards can be purchased directly from The Chocolate Box. Please phone our corporate representative +61 3 9676 6400, or email corporate@chocolatebox.com.au.
NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH, NO EXCHANGE
This card is not transferable.
You cannot redeem your gift card for cash or receive any remaining portion of the gift card value in cash. You cannot exchange part or whole of your gift card for another gift card. Any balance left after the expiry date is voided.
