SHIPPING FEES
A flat rate of $15 is charged for each delivery purchased via our online store for orders under $150 to Australian Capital Cities and Metro Areas (excludes NT) only.
All other areas postage will be calculated based on your postcode as defined by Australia Post.
The delivery estimator below the products will show the rate. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note: We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers due to potential delays in collection and unsuitable storage conditions. PO Boxes are accepted.

- On orders of $150 or more up to 5kgs to all Australian Capital Cities and Metro Areas Only (Excludes NT). All other areas shipping will be calculated by postcode.

Contactless Delivery:
Contactless delivery is available. Tick the "Authority to Leave" option on the Shopping Cart page and nominate a safe location to leave your parcel. Same day delivery couriers also practice contactless delivery.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct address details and in the case of same-day deliveries ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
If there is a need for re-delivery via Australia Post or courier due to error from the sender or receiver such as incorrect address details being provided or no one available to accept the delivery, the cost of re-delivery will be 50% of product cost and 100% of shipping cost.
EXPRESS POST SHIPPING: We recommend choosing Express Post for quicker deliveries.
SAME DAY DELIVERY: Melbourne city and suburbs - Please order by 10am for same day delivery to selected Melbourne suburbs.

Delivered to Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, Queensland & Western Australia.
We charge a flat fee of $20 to all Capital Cities and Metro Areas in Australia (Excluding NT) as defined by Australia Post. All Remote/Country Areas are calculated based on postcodes.

Same day delivery (to Melbourne Metro only)

We offer same day delivery to selected Melbourne metro addresses for a flat rate of AU$25, Monday to Friday. Service not available on weekends or public holidays.
Orders will need to be placed by 10am on the day of delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there will be someone available to accept the delivery. If there is a need for redelivery via courier or Australia Post you are responsible for the additional charges incurred.
Our shopping cart will automatically recognise your delivery suburb by postcode, and if it matches one of the locations below, the Same Day delivery shipping option can be chosen at checkout.

Delivery times: Keep up to date with Australia Post alerts here.Your order may take up to 8 business days for delivery depending on the destination and the distance from Melbourne. Please note: The Chocolate Box team utilizes the services of Australia Post. To avoid a late delivery, especially during peak seasons and holidays, please be sure to provide our team with an address which is accessible during normal delivery hours (i.e. Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM).
Due to regulations, if no one is present at the delivery site upon arrival and the location is not considered safe, the package will be rerouted to the nearest post office to be collected at the recipient's convenience. Australia Post will leave a dated postcard with instructions on collecting the package. We thank you in advance for your understanding of this policy.
