- Send us your completed Order Form to sales@chocolatebox.com.au You can view this form by clicking here
- Based on the information, our Corporate Sales team will send out an invoice.
- Customer to arrange for payment based on the invoice via Credit Card by calling on 9676 6477 OR by Bank Transfer as per details on the Invoice. Remittance advice is requested for all bank transfer payments – to be sent to sales@chocolatebox.com.au and accounts@chocolatebox.com.au
- Once payment is received in The Chocolate Box bank account, a Tax Invoice will be sent to the email that appears in the invoice.
- Order will be dispatched based on requested delivery date.
