Are chocolate hampers shipped with hot weather protection?Hot weather protection is available when required, this consists of an ice block wrapped inside a protective silver foil lined thermal bag and bubble wrap. This pack has been tested to keep chocolates cool during transit for approx. 5 days.

How long does it take for a chocolate hamper to arrive after ordering?We dispatch Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Port Melbourne, Victoria, and all orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day.
