The chocks were exactly as described. Dark chocolate yummy, cherries superb. Am enjoying them slowly. Watch out for my next order. Packaging to die for. Cannot be happier !

I love these chocolates!
My husband and I love these Cherry dark chocolates !! We have tried others but they always come short compared to these ones.
I had a small issue related with the delivery of my order, but the Chocolate Box team fixed it as soon as I reported it. I was very happy with my purchase.

Very responsive to packaging feedback
We had a problem with our initial order, which was a gift from my son to his dad. The packaging was ill equipped to cope with Aust Post handling. Also - the items were posted from Vic to Qld on a Tuesday by regular mail which meant it took over a week to arrive. It also meant our order sat At Brisbane over a very hot weekend. I am not usually one to complain, but I felt the packaging and timing of posting could have been improved upon with our feedback. To our absolute pleasure, not only did The Chocolate Box take on board our feedback to improve their service - they also replaced our cherry liquor box!!! Wowsers, we were so pleased! We offered to pay for express post (one of our suggested improvements was to offer express post) - but they wanted to replace our gift for dad. What an excellent experience! Our son received the replacement box just in time to gift his dad. That’s what an excellent company does…great service and top quality product!
