◄ARE CHOCOLATE BLOCKS SHIPPED WITH HOT WEATHER PROTECTION?

Yes, we’ve developed a hot weather protection pack available to purchase for $10. This consists of an ice block wrapped inside a protective silver foil-lined thermal bag and bubble wrap. This pack has been tested to keep chocolates cool during transit for approximately 5 days.

◄HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CHOCOLATE BLOCK TO ARRIVE AFTER ORDERING?

We dispatch Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Port Melbourne, Victoria, and all orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day. 

The Chocolate Box sends standard delivery orders by Australia Post Parcel Post.
